Dare to make a fresh start
Your direct entry as an electrician in grid construction
At BKW Power Grid, you build on your skills as an EFZ electrical installer or EFZ installation electrician and develop further to become a grid electrician.
You decide which path suits you best: You can gain the EFZ as a grid electrician through a shortened two-year apprenticeship, giving you a time advantage for future job-related continuing education. Or you can join us directly and qualify for your new role as a grid electrician within 18 months through BKW internal courses and plenty of practical experience – without an additional apprenticeship. Whichever path you choose: In both options, you will receive an attractive salary that reflects your previous professional experience. We will support you in your development and carefully prepare you for your new role. Your safety always comes first.
