BKW Engineering opens House of Excellence in Hamburg

The BKW House of Excellence Hamburg, located in the striking Columbia Twins on Große Elbstraße, brings together around 110 employees from various BKW Engineering network companies across 3,200 square metres. These include the companies Assmann Beraten + Planen, Assmann Emutec, AMP Parking Europe, BSP Brandschutz, IFB Eigenschenk, KFP Ingenieure and R&P Ruffert.

The move into a shared BKW Engineering property creates the basis for even closer collaboration – with short distances, direct dialogue and efficient coordination. Customers and partners alike benefit directly from this. An expanded range of services is now available at the Hamburg site: in addition to established planning and consulting services, it includes the full portfolio in project management and general planning, complemented by specialised expert services in the areas of fire protection, geotechnics and evidence preservation. Everything from a single source, clearly coordinated and with a central point of contact.

Symbol of the network idea

The new location illustrates what BKW Engineering stands for. As the largest association of independent architecture, engineering, expert appraisal and testing companies in the DACH region, it offers highly specialised expertise from a single source. Customers benefit from this just as much as the companies in the Network of Excellence®, which share capacities, expertise and knowledge – entirely in the spirit of a Shared Design Economy. CEO and managing directors welcome guests

Alongside him, two of the managing directors of Assmann Beraten+Planen, Christian Wolff and Roman Sobottka, will also welcome the numerous guests.

With the BKW House of Excellence in Hamburg, a new location of the BKW Engineering Network of Excellence® has been created, showing how collective expertise and networked responsibility enable innovative solutions.
