Consultations

How we take a position

In consultation procedures, the Confederation and the cantons submit draft laws and ordinances for consultation.

We carry out technical reviews of policy consultation documents and submit written statements. We focus on proposals relating to energy production and the electricity grid, as well as on issues in the fields of buildings and corporate governance.
