The programmes usually start at the beginning of September or the beginning of March.The programme lasts 18 months. Throughout this period, you will be part of a team and get to know other related teams through your work or targeted short assignments.We determine which area of work you will get to know before the job is advertised and describe your tasks in the job advertisement.There are programmes in various specialist areas, depending on the needs of our departments – for example, in cross-functional areas such as IT or HR.During your time as a Career Starter, you will work on many exciting projects. You can contribute your interests and career goals and develop your skills in a targeted way.During your time as a Career Starter in Switzerland, you will earn at least CHF 79,500 or more, depending on your degree.Your personal support throughout the entire programme is very important to us – both for professional and personal questions.
