Plan, operate and further develop hydropower plants
Possible tasks include the planning, operation, maintenance and modernisation of small and large hydropower plants, run-of-river power plants and pumped-storage facilities. The facilities may belong to our customers or to us.
Combining engineering, hydraulic engineering and ecological project measures
Innovative solutions for hydropower plants and hydraulic engineering projects are at the heart of your work. These include technical enhancements, fish migration aids and other measures for ecological upgrading, provided they are planned as part of the project.
Strategically and technically further developing hydropower
With intelligent control systems and digital solutions, you ensure safe and efficient power plant operation. Or you work on strategic issues relating to concessions, investments and the long-term development of hydropower. Depending on your role, you help to operate hydropower plants safely, make them more efficient or develop them over the long term.
Developing, operating and maintaining wind farms
Depending on your role, you will plan and implement wind energy projects in Switzerland and abroad, or ensure the reliable availability of the systems during operation. This includes inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, on-call duties and specialised work on rotor blades, both for our own wind farms and as a service for third parties.
Advancing technology, digitalisation and plant safety
Modern IT and OT systems, centralised plant monitoring and intelligent control solutions create the basis for the safe, efficient and reliable operation of critical infrastructure. You will work for production sites and wind farms in various countries and technical environments.
Shaping international wind portfolios and growth
In the technical and commercial management of wind farms, you will analyse markets and new business opportunities. You will develop solutions for the long-term advancement of wind energy, for example in the areas of marketing, permits, contract management, efficiency improvement and international growth options.
Developing and implementing heating solutions
New locations are assessed for their economic viability, customers are advised on suitable heating solutions such as waste heat utilisation, efficient heat pumps or renewable energy sources, and projects are supported from planning and construction through to the commissioning of district heating and energy systems.
Operate systems safely and provide heat reliably
Reliable plant operation is at the centre: you carry out maintenance and servicing work, rectify faults and use modern IT and OT systems to ensure that the heat supply works efficiently and safely.
Shaping the heat supply of tomorrow
The further development of the business also offers a wide range of tasks, for example in customer service, communication, administration, energy procurement and customer support. Together with your team, you ensure that heating solutions are successfully planned, implemented and operated in the long term, taking project-specific sustainability criteria into account.
