Safety and health are integral parts of our corporate culture.

Our values for occupational safety and health protection shape our daily actions and form the basis of our safety culture. Together, we create a working environment in which we are attentive, act responsibly and look out for one another. Safety is our top priority. With suitable framework conditions, personal protective equipment, clear safety standards, and a wide range of training and prevention measures, we support our employees in staying healthy and working safely. Responsibility, mutual care and the right to say STOP in the event of danger are firmly embedded in our culture.

Safety and health arise when we take responsibility – for ourselves, for our colleagues and for a working environment in which we act attentively and proactively.

Occupational safety starts with each and every one of us. We consistently comply with safety rules, use our specialist knowledge and the prescribed personal protective equipment, and in doing so contribute every day to a safe working environment. Your wellbeing and health are also important to us. In stressful or challenging situations in your professional or private life, we are there for you – for example in the case of health restrictions, accidents or personal crises. We advise and support employees and managers in finding suitable solutions.
