How BKW is managed

The BKW Group is managed by the Board of Directors and the Group Executive Board.

The Board of Directors is the highest governing body of the BKW Group. It is responsible for the overall management of BKW AG and the overall supervision of its bodies, and bears ultimate responsibility for generating sustainable value for shareholders.
